Krones Digital Solutions India is looking for a KOP DevOps Engineer who will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable backend software solutions. He/she should be able to accompany on solutions throughout by designing, implementing, integrating, and operating. The role will be based out in Bangalore and will directly report to the Head of Digital, KDSI.

  • Develop and maintain scalable backend software solutions, leveraging cutting-edge software technologies and frameworks
  • Should be well-versed with Kubernetes on edge as well as deployment architectures for high-performance and fail-safe solutions
  • Recognize bottlenecks and limitations in the infrastructure and development of solutions to improve system stability and security
  • Deal with the latest technologies in the IIoT and cloud environment and use them to ensure that our solutions are always state-of-the-art
  • Automating, building, testing, and deploying processes 

Ihr Profil

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Computer Science / Mathematics / Physics or a comparable qualification with several years of relevant experience
  • Extensive experience in dealing with DevOps tools: (Ansible, Terraform,, Prometheus, Grafana, JFrog, Salt, Chef.IO)
  • Experience of working in a Scrum or Agile environment and understand the methodologies and principals involved
  • Ideally experience in digital product development and agile working methods
  • Skills in Python 3.9+, Linux (Debian), Kubernetes (K3S, K8S), MQTT, Network expertise and Secure system mandatory
  • Skills in Git, Jenkins, CI/CD; AWS IoT Greengrass, EC2, SSM; IIoT protocols OpcUa, S7; Docker, Helm; NATS advantagous
  • Knowledge of using cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud advantageous
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Explore latest trends and technologies and have a passion for integrating them into industry-leading applications
  • Collaborate with team to drive solutions forward and fostering a productive work environment
  • Ability to analyse, goal orientation, motivation, and a structured sustainable way of working
  • Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
