The position “Head of Sales LCS Italy” will report into the “Head of Sales Italy”, also based in Krones Italy, Garda.

• Management of the overall LCS Field Sales activities for Italy, considering different sales channels.
• Identification of opportunities, understanding customer needs and highlighting Krones USP’s.                        
• Disciplinary and functional lead of the assigned team.
• End-to-end responsibility, from opportunity identification and clarification to quotation to final order management.
• Responsibility for both Field Sales and Inside Sales LCS.
• Participation in budget planning incl. price/discount level in alignment with the SA LCS Regional Manager.
• Definition of local Sales LCS Strategy and rollout.     
• CRM opportunity and pipeline management in Salesforce.
• Collaboration with Sales LCS regional and Corporate.
