The advertised position directly reports to the Regional Head of Sales LCS, who is also based in Krones Ibérica in Barcelona.

 

Ihre Aufgaben

  • ​​​​​​Efficient organization and coordination of the operational business of the regional sales coordinators for all LCS products
  • Secure the backoffice process, working methods and system execution according to the Krones LCS rules and governances on a defined performance level (incl. subsitution concept and workload balance activities)
  • Disciplinary and / or functional leading of the sales coordinator team(s) for change parts, spare parts and other LCS products
  • Continous improvement and further development of the overall working performance level
  • Development and utilisation of KPI‘s to monitor the sales coordinator team's workload and performance and steer the teams according to that
  • Organisation and Coordination of training activities to ensure a solid competence level for the sales coordinators (according to global role descriptions), establishing a counterpart to the training team SA LCS Global
  • Support of seasonal HC planning according to the regional needs for a customer orientated quote and order handling 
  • Close cooperation to regional LCS field sales managers, project managers, technical functions and Order Management in the relevant production centers
  • Development of a key-user strategy and mentoring concept for change parts, spare parts and other LCS products teams with regards to processes and system administration in cooperation with SA LCS Global 

Ihr Profil

  • ​​​Experience in a comparable position and industry with a proven track record
  • Experience in sales functions, working methods and deeper process and system knowledge in the Krones enviroment
  • Experience of leadership in a matrix
  • Customer orientation and sales mindset
  • Process know-how and attention to detail
  • Proactive, structured and independent way of working                                                            
  • Excellent problem-solving skills  Strong ability to work in a team 
  • Very good language skills in English are a must, further European languages would be a plus
