We are looking for highly experienced technical specification specialists to ensure that our project results meet technical quality, reliability, design and cost expectations. These roles include monitoring project performance, recommending changes, and providing solutions to operational issues. The ideal candidate will have extensive packaging and packaging experience and possess a strong technical background in machine operation and mechanics.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Technical Quality Assurance: Ensure project results meet the requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule, and cost.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor project performance and recommend necessary changes to schedule, cost, or resources.
  • Reporting: Develop and deliver reports based on customer upgrade requirements and offer feasible solutions for operational issues.
  • Solution Development: Formulate strategies for developing new customized solutions to support customers' daily operations.
  • Quotations: Prepare retrofit and budget quotations as per customer requests in SAP and CRM.
  • Order Management: Follow up on orders from customer inquiry through to delivery.
  • Coordination: Coordinate with the retrofit sales coordinator as needed.
  • Report Management: Manage the development of reports related to DC-02 business.
  • Sales Support: Provide technical support to the sales team for all related queries.

 

Ihr Profil

  • Education: Engineering graduate.
  • Experience: 8-10 years in the FMCG industry, specifically in filling and packaging technology (flat/carbonated and hot filling).
  • Technical Knowledge:
    • Comprehensive understanding of machine operations and the latest technology.
    • Knowledge of PET and glass line equipment technologies.
    • Strong expertise in:
      • Blow molders and their operations.
      • Fillers and their operations.
      • Label machines (wrap-around label, self-adhesive, and cold glue).
      • Washer/mixer technology.
      • Packers, palletizers, and de-palletizers.
  • Skills:
    • Advanced analytical and technical skills with persuasive capabilities.
    • Proficiency in SAP and MS Office applications.
    • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
    • Ability to work effectively with different cultures and as a good team player.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel up to 30% for business purposes.
