Ihre Aufgaben

  • Manage and monitoring to process incoming shipments, receiving the shipment and put away for the storage goods
  • Verify contents received goods against purchase orders
  • Coordinate with suppliers for credit note (CN) after goods receive (GR)
  • Oversee and control Goods Receiving (GR) and Goods Issuing (GI) for materials
  • Plan and control consumable (packing material)
  • Collaborates and communicates with concerned departments and warehouse Provider
  • Provide report on a regular basis as assigned
  • Support stock taking and cycle Count
  • Support all warehouse activities with have been requested by superior Level
  • Perform other related duties as required

Ihr Profil

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or any related fields
  • Minimum 4 years of work experience in Order Management, Logistics or Purchasing
  • Able to work in SAP system (Material management module)
  • Able to work at warehouse someday
  • Experience in SAP System
  • Good command in computer skill (Microsoft Office especially Excel Pivot, VLOOKUP)
