• Source and manage local (mainly) and overseas suppliers for indirect procurement, including office supplies, IT, marketing, HR services, capital expenditures, professional/outsourced services, facilities, maintenance repair and operations, warehouse consumables, freight, etc.
• Compare and Negotiate payment terms, pricing, quality requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure cost-effective and efficient service for the business
• Issue purchase orders while ensuring compliance with company policies, regulations, standards and guidelines for all purchasing activities
• Work with the Contract Manager to review and negotiate supplier contracts
• Follow up and monitoring the delivery with supplier to meet timeline and schedule.
• Evaluate supplier performance, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and supply reliability.
• Liaise and address supplier quality issues, collaborating on corrective actions and continuous improvements.
• Manage import shipments and coordinate with customs agent until shipment deliver to required delivery place.
• Coordinate and communicate directly with internal stakeholders at all levels to understand purchasing requirements and proactively support business operations
• Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Perform other assigned tasks as needed
