Ihre Aufgaben

  • Reporting to the Head of Regional Controlling Asia Pacific, the Regional Project Controller is a part of the Asia Pacific regional controlling Team
  • Serving as a commercial business partner to manage the financial aspects of services projects throughout Asia Pacific
  • Enhancing the project budget and forecasting procedure to generate accurate forecasts throughout Asia Pacific
  • Establishing policies and procedures for expenditure approval to enable the commencement of Projects
  • Making profit and loss calculations, overseeing projects, including risk and opportunity analyses, and alerting for the deviations
  • Dynamic monitoring of the services project profitability and financial management Performance
  • Participating in weekly project reviews throughout Asia Pacific with the project team and the Management
  • In responsibility of standard cost and optimization for the Project
  • Providing and improving a report on the short- and long-term forecasts of the engineer workforce and utilization
  • Developing a vital dashboard to monitor metrics and communicate them to the department head, project team, and higher management throughout the Region
  • Capability of delivering dynamic reports with Power BI

Ihr Profil

  • Degree in engineering, business administration, or similar discipline
  • Excellent discipline, strong commitment, and Leadership
  • Understanding accounting procedures is essential
  • Strong project-controlling experience of up to 5 years in a multinational business Environment
  • High degree of self-initiative
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, and process comprehension abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, self-reliant, and structured way of working
  • Ability to build relationships with Management and related Partners
  • Excellent implementation and follow through abilities
  • Good time management and ability to work independently
  • Excellent in English both verbal and written, strong communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Power Query) and SAP, Capable of developing Power BI Dashboards
  • Ability to travel abroad occasionally
  • Willingness to work in the Bangna area
