Purpose of the Position

Main responsible interface to the sub-accounts of the most important key accounts (Category A); Ensuring the achievement of sales targets (market shares, customer satisfaction, order intake, and revenue quality)

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Sales management and control of operational sales activities in the responsible part of the key account (in cooperation with HOS APAC and HOS KA); Adherence to and monitoring of the Krones Sales Policy, risk management, and compliance ("Code of Conduct") in customer contact and throughout the entire sales process
  • Functional leadership of the assigned Field Sales / LCS team domestically, as well as the development, coaching, and functional leadership of the KA FS in the regions/branches (in consultation with the Head of Sales APAC and the Head of KA)
  • Definition and implementation of the sales strategy for the Key Account segment in coordination with the Head of KA, participation in the planning and determination of the annual AE and sales volume including return targets
  • Strategic and operational negotiation management and account-related risk management (e.g., with part of the corporate group) and project-related risk management
  • Participating in framework agreements with the overarching key account and having contractual responsibility for project contracts in the managed key account sub-area in coordination with the overall key account management
  • Industry-specific identification and evaluation of market and customer trends; Identifying and driving business opportunities through joint product development, cross-selling, and other sales channels
  • Escalation level/management and conflict resolution between Field Sales and the customer or the inside organizations
  • Intensive support and development of the assigned (partial) key accounts to optimally leverage customer potential in collaboration with regions and branches (long-term customer development plans)

Ihr Profil

  • Degree in engineering, business administration, or similar discipline
  • Excellent discipline, strong leadership and commitment
  • Many years of experience in the technical capital goods Sales
  • Solid methodological competence: negotiation, maintenance of customer relationships, mediation skills in conflict of interest situations
  • Good sales and business management knowledge; structured problem-solving behavior
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, and process comprehension abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, self-reliant, and structured way of working
  • Ability to build relationships with Management and related Partners
  • Excellent implementation and follow through abilities
  • Good time management and able to work independently
  • Very good language skills in English + another foreign language (desirable); intercultural competence
  • Communication and the ability to build and expand networks (customer, branch, region, product distribution, matrix, etc.)
  • Ablility to travel abroad occasionally
  • Willingness to work in the Bangna area
