We are looking for a candidate with sales experience in the industrial food and beverage sector. The ideal candidate possesses both commercial talent and proven experience in sales and business negotiations and is familiar with the main technologies around the manufacturing and processing of beverages and liquid food.
Reporting directly to the branch located in Spain, the Sales Manager we are looking for will need to support both the engineering for process solutions as well as drive business development for the sale and distribution of valves, pumps and other process components.
Overall, the Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and promoting the entire product portfolio of our Process Technology business unit.
The position requires teamwork and liaising across various departments and functions within Krones Group, both inside and outside of Spain. The position currently does not have any direct reports. The position is a field sales and expert position, and does not entail managing a sales team.

- Being a driver for customer satisfaction and caring about our customers’ needs and requirements
- Presenting tailor made technical-commercial proposals to the customer
- Driving and growing process technology business in Spain & Portugal, to achieve our ambitious sales objectives
- Exploring new business opportunities with new customers in Spain and Portugal
- Tracking offers
- Doing market research and analysis
- Providing input for product development
- Managing and resolving incidents with the client
- Visiting our existing and potential new customers on a regular basis
- Being a reliable business partner for our customers
Ihr Profil
- Technical Engineer or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical and/or Electrical or Agricultural Engineering
- Experience in the food and/or beverage sector
- Having completed a Master's Degree in Brewing Processes or similar academic/professional specialization would be a plus
- Commercial mindset
- Advanced communication skills
- High proficiency of Spanish (C2) and English (B2)
- Ready to work with Microsoft 365 applications, social media etc.
- Flexibility to travel
