Krones LCS Center West Africa is a subsidiary of KRONES Group, internationally recognized as the world leader in the design and manufacture of high-speed packaging equipment for the beverage and liquid food industry.

Ihre Aufgaben

— Assist with scoping, planning and execution of New machines and retrofits projects to achieve effective allocation of resources required to execute all designated projects effectively.

— Ensure that all actions and planning is in accordance with the Krones global WORK 3 cost-saving initiative.

— Build and maintain positive relationships and effective communication with customers, technical teams, subcontractors, and other relevant internal departments.

— Effectively control, monitor and close projects with regards to agreed deadlines, budgets, quality of work, risk assessment and any other relevant scope or claims during and after the installation and commissioning phase.

— Ensure project documents and control systems are up-to-date and provide regular progress updates to customers and relevant teams.

— Proactively handle deviations, queries, claims and any other issues towards minimizing customer escalations and ensuring all project targets are met.

Ihr Profil

— Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field; PMP certification is a strong advantage.
— Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Project Management preferably within engineering, packaging, or multinational environments.
— Familiarity with General Conditions of Contracts and Technical knowledge of Krones equipments.
— Excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent listening, and negotiation skills.
— Advanced knowledge of MS Office and SAP.
— Ability to work with different cultures, team-player.
— Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity.
— Strong analytical and technical skills with persuasive power.
— No obstacles in travelling for business.
