As Head of Digital Delivery (all genders), you will play an active role in shaping the digital future of our organization.

You will assume a key role in the strategic and operational development of our Digital Delivery processes and make a significant contribution to ensuring that the organization and its structures are fit for the future.

The Digital Delivery division is not only responsible for the holistic preparation and execution of IT customer projects, but also sees itself as a driver of innovation and continuous improvement within the product line Digital Solutions of the business unit BPE Line Solutions.

As part of the management team of the Krones.digital community, you will contribute ideas for digital transformation, develop new standards and processes, and promote an agile, collaborative way of working across divisional boundaries.

Deine Aufgaben

  • You will develop and implement a modern Digital Delivery strategy with the goal of making processes, structures, and tools fit for the future.
  • You will be responsible for the strategic development of the Delivery organization — particularly in order processing, project implementation, and customer support — and ensure a high level of deliverability for digital solutions.
  • You will actively shape the digital customer experience and ensure a consistently positive customer journey – from the initial inquiry to successful use in operation.
  • You will establish scalable, standardized processes for the efficient implementation of projects related to our digital line solutions and optimize product and process flows in terms of quality, costs, and adherence to deadlines.
  • You will assume end-to-end responsibility for requirements management, solution design, testing, commissioning, and handover to operations.
  • You will lead international teams in terms of technical and disciplinary matters and promote agile, innovation-oriented working methods.
  • Together with product management and R&D, you will drive the transformation and further development of our digital solutions.
  • You will be responsible for budgets, resources, and the operational management of all delivery activities.

Dein Profil

  • You have solid leadership experience in order processing, customer journey design, solution management, and digital business models.
  • You have experience in change management and know how to actively shape change processes – taking your colleagues with you on the journey and ensuring sustainable acceptance.
  • You consistently think from the customer's perspective and understand how to design strategies and processes throughout the entire customer lifecycle in such a way that they create real added value – always with a view to key business objectives such as conversion, retention, and customer lifetime value.
  • Ideally, you have knowledge of digital business models and transformation processes.
  • With your strong storytelling, communication, and presentation skills, you are persuasive at all levels — from the idea to the vision.
  • You confidently coordinate various interfaces, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensure smooth collaboration within the network.
  • You have very good written and spoken German and English skills.
