Job Purpose:
- HR and Admin Lead supports the organization by managing various HR functions within the organization, this includes recruitment, employee relations, policy administration, training, and compliance. They ensure smooth HR operations and foster a positive work environment.
- Admin Operations- Ensures the day-to-day operations of the office run smoothly, efficiently and align with the business objectives.

Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Be the first level support to all employees and managers for their HR & employment related queries.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment process from Job specification, candidate screening, ensure the position is filled timely with the right the skillset, experience, motivation and culture fit.
- Managing the relationship with the recruitment agencies, job postings and applicant tracking system by carefully screening the candidates and providing timely feedback to all applicants
- Implement and manage the onboarding process by ensuring proper orientation plans and necessary tools are provided
- Gathering the necessary formal approvals per delegation of authority by preparing internal and external benchmark
- Preparing and discussing the offer letter, terms and conditions with the candidate and conducting background check
- Provide guidance and consultancy to hiring managers in preparation of the orientation plan for the new joiner; assist in developing the necessary tools, processes and systems to ensure the new employee has all required tools, system access and information and guidance for their onboarding.
- Develop, implement and regularly review the policies, standard operating procedures, forms and templates for all HR processes and practices and ensure the employee handbook, job descriptions and org charts are updated regularly.
- Support the learning and development initiatives by assisting in skill-gap analysis, training vendor selection, technician skills-matrix preparation and training documentation & updates.
- Assist in data analysis and data-based decision-making process by developing and timely updating the HR dashboard (headcount, employee turnover, time-to-fill, leave analysis, flexi-work, training, HR budget variance).
- Responsible for end-to-end benefits administration.
- Acts as HR business partner when required, working with managers on developing HR solutions
- Support the managers on disciplinary and grievance issues and employee exit processes.
- Assist in market surveys for compensation and benefits, position benchmarking and annual compensation review processes
- Support and/or lead ad-hoc HR projects, reports, team building and employee engagement activities. Support with change management and implementations.
- Maintain the local and central HR system, ensure the timely updates and data accuracy.
Admin operations
- Oversee the performance and productivity of the administrative officer
- Ensure efficient day-today operations of office administration.
Creating and implementing administrative policies and procedures
Ihr Profil
- 4-6 Years’ proven experience in an HR functional area, HR generalist, demonstrating familiarity with HR processes and procedures.
- Degree in Human Resource Management/ Business Management
- Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) is advantageous
- Strong knowledge of all human resources areas and project management skills.
- Developed knowledge of labour laws
- Strong business acumen and communications skills.
- Advanced quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
- Ability to respond independently to complex inquiries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality through knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with employees.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing HR practices and organizational needs
- Ability to understand and manage emotions, both personal and of others, to handle workplace situations effectively.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
