In the role as Project Manager, you will implement our IT solutions for our clients, coordinate and supervise commissioning while taking individual production requirements into account, and ultimately organize the necessary user training sessions as well as the formal project closure. Specifically, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• You will independently plan your IT client projects in coordination with all relevant stakeholders and, for large-scale projects, support our Solution Design Team starting as early as the proposal phase.
• You will be responsible for thoroughly clarifying all details of the IT project in close coordination with the client and will then create a detailed specification document (FDS).
• You ensure communication within the project team throughout the entire project cycle and support your team in all organizational and technical matters.
• You regularly coordinate with client representatives during the project, such as project management or IT management.
• You take responsibility for ensuring that all project goals are met in terms of deadlines, costs, and our quality requirements.
• In addition, you are responsible for tracking change requests and handling claims in the event of contract deviations.
• Furthermore, the selection, maintenance, and continuous optimization of the project management methods and tools used, as well as adherence to the specified PM processes, fall within your personal area of responsibility.

Dein Profil

• You hold a degree in a STEM field (preferably industrial engineering or computer science) or an equivalent qualification.
• You are known for your independent and responsible work ethic.
• You have a solution-oriented mindset and excellent analytical skills.
• You have already gained initial experience in project management and taken on project responsibility.
• Ideally, you are already familiar with business processes in (beverage) production and understand the basics of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
• You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
• You are open to traveling worldwide, with travel accounting for approximately 10–15% of your time.
