Ihre Aufgaben
- Managing the administrative function of the Krones Representative Office in Bulgaria
- Representing Krones and maintaining relationships with customers in the local market
- Managing local sales activities in close coordination with Krones AG, including coordinating sales negotiations and supporting operational sales activities as well as technical and commercial inquiries
- Analyzing local market trends and competitive developments, identifying and assessing strategic partnerships, and driving business development to acquire new customers while contributing to strategic development
- Supporting the implementation of strategic targets in the local market
- Implementing Krones corporate standards, processes, and reporting formats
- Organizing participation in trade fairs and exhibitions, including executing demonstration events
- Ensuring compliance with local legal and regulatory requirements, including tax, labor law, and business practices
- Monitoring business performance (e.g., outstanding payments, deviations from plan) and providing relevant data to Headquarters for risk management and strategic steering
Ihr Profil
- Proven professional experience in the bottling and packaging industry
- Extensive experience in selling capital-intensive goods, including the related after-sales services
- Leadership experience
- Strong solution-oriented and results-driven working style
- Clear customer focus and service-oriented mindset
- Solid IT skills and strong presentation capabilities
- Willingness and flexibility to travel both domestically and internationally
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bulgarian
- Strong interpersonal skills with a high level of intercultural competence and social awareness
- Confident handling of MS Office and SAP
- Economical grasp as well as affinity for technology
- Organizational skills, empathy and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and willingness to perform
- Good command of English in words and writing
- German skills desirable
- High willingness to travel internationally
