Deine Aufgaben

You support our team in further developing service management, governance, and operational processes within the Digital Operations environment.
You prepare information, analyses, and decision-making materials for management and strategic topics.
You contribute to the creation and optimization of processes, standards, policies, and documentation.
You support the definition, analysis, and visualization of KPIs, as well as the development of meaningful reports and dashboards.
You document processes, roles, and responsibilities in Confluence, thereby contributing to building knowledge within the organization.
You work with Jira and support the planning, coordination, and tracking of tasks, initiatives, and projects.
You prepare complex topics and data in a clear and understandable way and present results tailored to different target audiences.

Dein Profil

You are studying Business Informatics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable degree program.
You have an interest in digitalization, IT Service Management, governance, process management, and modern operating models.
You have an analytical mindset and enjoy structuring complex topics and presenting them in a clear and understandable manner.
You work independently and carefully and have a structured approach to your work.
You are confident in using Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
Ideally, you have already gained initial experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar collaboration and project management tools.
You are communicative, enjoy working as part of a team, and have good written and spoken German and English skills.
