• You have several years of leadership experience in technical teams or with highly specialized experts.
• You possess a very good understanding of industrial production and automation environments.
• You are familiar with global standards as well as scalable platform and series concepts.
• You have experience working with security requirements in industrial products, systems, and platforms.
• You are confident in managing complex, cross‑departmental and cross‑organizational topics.
• You stand out with clear decision‑making and communication skills as well as a structured, realistic, and solution‑oriented way of working.
• You have good German skills and very good English skills.
