Deine Aufgaben

• You support Product Owners and Project Managers in planning, coordinating, and delivering projects within the field of Production Intelligence.
• You create presentations, reports, dashboards, and decision-making materials for internal stakeholders.
• You assist in the organization, preparation, and follow-up of workshops, meetings, and project-related activities.
• You document project progress, results, processes, and requirements using the relevant tools and systems.
• You support the maintenance and further development of backlogs, roadmaps, and project and product documentation.
• You assist in the creation, monitoring, and analysis of KPIs, as well as the preparation of relevant production and project data.
• You independently take ownership of smaller work packages and actively drive topics through to implementation.
• You research new technologies, methodologies, and trends in the areas of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Digitalization, Analytics, and Production Intelligence.

Dein Profil

• You are currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, (Business) Informatics, Data Science, Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field of study.
• You have a strong interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI), digitalization, data-driven production processes, as well as project and product management and would like to support us as part of a mandatory internship for about 5–6 months.
• You are highly self-motivated, work independently, and demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
• You work in a structured and organized manner and are able to maintain an overview even when managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• You enjoy analyzing complex topics, preparing insights, and communicating them in a clear and understandable way.
• Ideally, you have gained initial experience in project management, product management, or within an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• You are proficient in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, or comparable collaboration and project management tools is considered an advantage.
• You have strong communication skills and enjoy collaborating with colleagues from diverse functions and departments.
• Very good German language skills and good written and spoken English complete your profile.
