Your tasks

  • Implementation and coordination of development projects in the area of network technology
  • Central contact person for network questions/special solutions for executing departments
  • Architecture design of modern best practice onPrem/Cloud network structures for our customers in the beverage industry
  • Conducting exploratory technology, tool scouting and ensuring the use of contemporary technologies in the area of network technology and Ethernet-based bus technology
  • Developing and maintaining policies as a team and ensuring central governance through group-wide device configuration templates
  • Technical support for the components/manufacturers used, such as Cisco, Siemens, Rockwell, Hirschmann

Your profile

  • Successfully completed degree in IT or comparable
  • Good knowledge of LAN, WLAN, VPN, LTE, routing, switching, NAT
  • Certification with Cisco CCNA (or CCNP)
  • Experience with protocols and configuration of Cisco and Siemens products
  • Initial knowledge of cloud computing with a focus on AWS and Azure
  • Knowledge in monitoring and alerting on infrastructure level is an advantage
  • Experience in agile development with Scrum and Kanban desirable
  • Independent and result-oriented work style
  • Good to very good knowledge of written and spoken English and German
