Your Tasks

  • Receiving, filtering and redirecting enquires from customers, field sales and info@krones mailbox plus online enquiries etc.
  • Assist with the preparation of quotation packages, technical information packages for the Sales Managers e.g. Presentations, and Work with e-Guide and Sales Compass. Compile budget quotes.
  • Assisting with enquiry procedure, checklist and customer follow-up re missing information
  • Survey Potential markets, customers and leads.
  • Establish potential market leads list
  • Establish electronic mailing lists for quick dissemination of marketing material to customers
  • CRM Key user. Training, supporting and updating employees
    •  Assist in maintenance such as Contacts, Machine lists and Account details.
  • Track order clarification - liaise with customers and KAG to meet milestones e.g. drawings, samples, test material etc.
  • Keep track of invoices due based on project status and commission payments
  • Administrative support including IT, Expenses, office Support, marketing materials
  • Monitor the media to identify opportunities, customer and market activity
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, advertising materials and editorials between KAG and Media houses, coordinate events, meetings and promotions

Your Profile

  • Higher Matric, B Degree or relevant qualification advantageous
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales administration
  • Technical sales / customer facing roles in the packaging / engineering industry (advantageous)
  • SAP experience and Strong Computer skills
  • Must have CRM experience
  • Working knowledge of the Krones portfolio (advantageous)
  • Strong customer orientation and ability to adapt to change.
  • Sense of urgency, analytical problem solving skills and ability to work under extreme pressure.
  • Solid Leadership skills, and be a team player.
  • Must be service delivery orientated
  • Must have the ability to build collaborative relationship with all stakeholders
