Your Tasks

  • Process engineering for brewery coldblock including cellar and filtration
  • Handling brewery system jobs and assisting the quotation management team with complex quotations
  • Planning and dimensioning complete systems
  • Planning and implementing layout drawings, 3D pipings and P&IDs for systems in close consultation with design departments
  • Drawing up technical specifications for enquiries to be sent to subcontractors
  • Checking technical design data, defining performance parameters, dimension data, etc. during quotation and order clarification stage
  • Drawing up the project schedule and coordinating the teams involved in the project
  • Full project management responsibility for small projects
  • Scheduling and cost control
  • Creation of material masters / numbers and parts lists
  • Engineering contact person for internal teams, customers and suppliers
  • Further development of process technology concepts
     

Your Profile

  • Technical degree, preferably in mechanical engineering, process technology, brewing technology or food technology, or completed vocational training as an engineer
  • Several years' experience in planning brewery systems
  • Knowledge of brewery-specific process technology
  • Knowledge of modern project management methods
  • Strong customer and service focus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Independent working and personal initiative
  • Strong MS Office and SAP skills
  • Excellent English; other foreign languages are desirable
  • Willingness to travel worldwide
