Your Tasks

  • Independent processing of complaints including technical clarification based on customer order, contract and purchase order
  • Development of solutions and control of measures to remedy complaints
  • Generation and scheduling of retrofit orders and network configuration         
  • Carrying out customer visits to record, clarify and process complaints
  • Providing telephone advice (technical and logistical) to customers and service technicians to rectify faults and malfunctions, as well as technical clarification in coordination with internal and external product specialists
  • Organisation and implementation of quality circles and process improvements

Your Profile

  • Completed training in the industrial or technical field with further training as a technician / master craftsman or business economist
  • Alternatively: Completed bachelor's degree (e.g. electrical engineering and information technology, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering)
  • Ideally experience in the technical field or field service
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to manage complex issues
  • Customer-oriented thinking and acting 
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and deal with conflicts
  • Good to very good knowledge of written and spoken English and German
  • Willingness to travel
