Your Tasks

  • Supporting and advising sales, purchasing and service in all technical matters, in particular also process engineering issues
  • Responsible interface between product specialists, division and sales
  • Technical contact for the internal departments and for the end customer
  • Independent processing of individual, product-related, more complex special customer requests
  • Clarification of costs for special customer requests
  • Continuous support of the products of very high complexity as well as responsibility for the technical data of the order
  • Preparation of relevant documents for the end customer
  • Carrying out division-specific technical training sessions for sales staff
  • Carrying out market and competition monitoring and conducting analyses and product comparisons
  • Active troubleshooting and independent correction and problem solving in the own field of activity

Your Profile

  • Completed studies in mechanical engineering or process engineering
  • Knowledge of SAP desirable
  • Good communication and presentation skills and problem-solving ability
  • Independent and responsible work style
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good to very good knowledge of written and spoken English and German
  • Willingness to travel
