Your tasks

  • Further development of the service processes and system at KRONES AG and its subsidiaries in line with the corporate strategy and in coordination with global and regional requirements, especially in field service management
  • Coordination of overarching topics within and outside the service area, including the “global template”
  • Project support in the service and technical support environment, especially in the area of further development of processes and systems, rollout planning and monitoring of project progress and success
  • Support of the specialist departments in system and process topics
  • Training on existing and further developed or new service processes and systems at KRONES AG and its subsidiaries

Your profile

  • Completed university degree (e.g. Engineering, logistics, industrial engineering)
  • Alternatively, a corresponding other professional training with relevant experience
  • Very good command of English and German
  • Good knowledge of the project and process management
  • Good understanding of the interrelationships, especially of IT systems
