Your Tasks

This job comprises both taking over the position of a personal assistant to the Managing Director as well as an assistant role in finance&accounting / people operations:

  • supporting the Managing Director, Management Team and employees in day-to-day office operations and administration 
  • preparing sales statistics and various reports for the Managing Director as well as the Sales team
  • preparing presentations and other written communication for the Managing Director (MS Office Suite) in Danish and English language
  • supporting the preparation of job postings and labour contracts, updating the employee handbook and HR templates, preparing analyzes and statistics, including frequent interaction with the Regional HR department for Europe located in Germany
  • ensuring a good onboarding process for new employees and managing ongoing administrative tasks like holiday enquiries and absences
  • supporting with travel arrangements, exhibitions and in-house meetings
  • organizing company events, anniversaries and engagement ceremonies

Your Profile

  • You are expected to be self-motivated, have control of your things, and that you are happy to take on both large and small tasks.
  • At the same time, you are enterprising and able to work with many balls at once. You are responsible and good at gathering the threads and putting structure on things.


Additional Requirements:

  • Commercial Apprenticeship or University diploma, or similar educational background
  • a self-motivated person with a professional mindset and a hands-on mentality
  • a high proficiency in written and spoken Danish and English; knowing German would be an advantage
  • a very experienced user of the MS Office Suite; experience with relevant SAP modules would be an advantage
  • previous work experience from a similar position is required, preferably in a multinational company
