Your Tasks

  • Processing, support and handling of cross-departmental issues in contract management in the area of research and development
  • Review, clarification, drafting and negotiation of cooperation, development, know-how and license agreements
  • Risk management and risk assessment with regard to these contracts
  • Controlling of deadlines and general administration of contracts
  • Further development and optimisation of contract management processes, systems and structures
  • Contact person for contextual questions regarding contracts in the research and development environment
  • Preparation of relevant statistics, analyses and presentations

Your Profile

  • Successfully completed studies in industrial engineering or mechanical engineering
  • First job-relevant practical experience advantageous
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, SAP
  • Very good communication and moderation skills
  • Analytical and methodical skills
  • Capacity to think both abstractly and logically
  • Very good command of spoken and written English and German
  • Willingness to travel
