Your Tasks

  • Development of projects in the building automation field
  • Providing assistance in acceptance tests in the I&C, electrical engineering and building automation field
  • Commissioning the technical building equipment including function and safety tests
  • Site-specific recording of measurement, scope of supply, material
  • Taking on the project manager's function for in-house projects on subcontract services in the field of DDC, building management and bus systems (Modbus, BACnet, KNX, M-Bus, etc.)
  • Developing control schematics
  • Programming and parameterisation of building automation and building system control
  • Analysis and quick repair of malfunctions
  • Evaluation and redistribution of the coolant and power supply, even under time pressure
  • Energy-efficient use of the energy that is available (consumption optimisation)
  • Analysis and evaluation of trend data
  • Administration of the building management systems Desigo, Desigo CC and Visonik on operator, field, automation and management level
  • Coordination of and providing support to third-party companies
     

Your Profile

  • Successfully completed training as an I&C service engineer, electrical technician, master craftsman, or comparable qualification
  • Experience in the maintenance of electrotechnical systems and knowledge of instrumentation and control technology (I&C)
  • Experience in working with Siemens Desigo Insight and Desigo CC desirable
  • Self-organisation, adaptiveness and willingness to perform
  • Willingness to work in standby service and take part in advanced training
  • Additional qualification would be an advantage (e.g. server or networking technology)
  • Pleasure in working in a team
  • Safe handling of the common Microsoft Office programs
  • Good spoken and written German
