Your tasks

  • Efficient organisation of the daily operational business of the sales coordinators APAC in DC02 and DC03
  • Secure the process and system execution according to the Krones rules and governances
  • Disciplinary leading of the THA sales coordinator team change parts and spare parts 
  • Functional lead of the total APAC sales coordinator teams in the subsidiaries (DC02 & DC03)
  • Develop KPI‘s to monitor the sales coordinator performance and steer the teams according to that
  • Ensure a customer orientated quote and order clarification turnover time 
  • Development of a workload monitoring tool
  • Monitoring of capacity utilisation and balance of SC capacities over the regional setup (saisonal oscillations, vacation and sick leaves,….)
  • Development of a replacement strategy for employees leaving Krones
  • Development of a key-user strategy for DC02 + DC03 processes and systems with regards to training and regional support (counterpart to LCS Sales / processes and support in KAG) 
  • Ensure a suitable competence level of all regional sales coordinator teams (process, technology, systems, customer relations,…)
  • Support of seasonal HC planning according to the reagional needs for a customer orientated quote and order handling
  • Close cooperation to regional LCS salesmen, Project managers, technical functions in KAG/KTC and Order Management KAG/KTC
  • Reporting to SA LCS Regional Manager

  • Good process knowledge change parts and spare parts (regional processes + KAG + KTC)
  • System knowledge CP + SP
  • Network in region+ KAG + KTC
  • Interculturell competence
  • Team-orientated working style
  • Basic technical knowlege of Krones equipment
  • Organisatinal skills to manage a decentralised team
  • Willingness to travel
  • Good English
  • Customer orientated
