We are hiring an after sales Coordinator reporting to the Head of LCS KRONES NORTH WEST AFRICA. 

Your Tasks

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for the preparation of quotations and timely order confirmation
  • Ensure customers have their inquiries on time by following up with the Krones AG and North and West Africa sales team.
  • To make return notes if needed
  • To prepare an analysis and overview of Life Cycling Services Data
  • To prepare the basic figures for the Business Process Controller (orders in hand list)
  • To track and investigate the Life Cycling Services issues and control of LCS business for assigned countries.
  • To liaise on logistic queries from customers or salespeople and follow up on deliveries.
  • To follow up on payments/ clarification of outstanding spare parts invoices
  • To maintain proper records of data in Excel and SAP as well as an organized filing system that permits easy reference and rapid retrieval of information.
  • To provide support to Project Managers in issues and concerns related to spare parts.
  • To check the outstanding/Payments for each country and dispatch if necessary and send monthly reports to sales.

 

Your Profile

Qualification, Experience, Behaviors & Skills

  • 3-5 years' experience in a similar position
  • Excellent problem-solving, time-management and communication skills, fluent in English and French 
  • Ability to work with different cultures, a good team player.
