Your tasks

  • ​​​​​​Keeping contacts with costumers to catch their needs
  • Understanding how to solve the trouble by costumers site
  • Planning and budgeting activities for the new machine installation and for the maintenance/upgrade activities
  • Work together with sales and service colleagues for providing a complete service to the customer
  • Travelling to be on site by the costumer

Your profile

  • ​​​​​​​Degree in mechanical/electrical engineer
  • Knowledge of SAP, CRM, KSP, dispatching table, Sales Force
  • Management skills
  • Cost control skill
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Empathy, customer orientation,  listening capabilities and a sense of responsibility 
  • Teamworking, networking, communication
  • Availability to travel in the entire country, for approximately 150 days / year
