Your tasks:

  • Technological concept development, project planning and design of membrane filtration systems
  • Independent clarification of customer and internal requirements
  • Continuous improvement of our design software
  • Planning, execution and monitoring of pilot tests in the laboratory or in the production environment.
  • Collecting data, analyzing the results and deriving conclusions.
  • Carrying out internal plant audits externally
  • Tracking technological innovation in our plant designs
  • Process engineering commissioning of the projected plants
  • Troubleshooting
  • Lesson‘s Learned
  • Technical acceptance tests at the factory or on site at the customer's site

 

Your profile:

  • Completed studies in food and process engineering or further training as a technician or master craftsman including relevant professional experience
  • Preferably Experience in the operation of pilot plants Filtration
  • Knowledge/Expertise in membrane separation technology and hygienic plant construction
  • Good knowledge of membrane filtration systems, including microfiltration, ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis.
  • Analytical thinking
  • Independent and self-reliant way of working
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Package
  • Driving licence class B
  • Good knowledge of German and English
  • High willingness to travel in Europe
