Your tasks:
- Technological concept development, project planning and design of membrane filtration systems
- Independent clarification of customer and internal requirements
- Continuous improvement of our design software
- Planning, execution and monitoring of pilot tests in the laboratory or in the production environment.
- Collecting data, analyzing the results and deriving conclusions.
- Carrying out internal plant audits externally
- Tracking technological innovation in our plant designs
- Process engineering commissioning of the projected plants
- Troubleshooting
- Lesson‘s Learned
- Technical acceptance tests at the factory or on site at the customer's site
Your profile:
- Completed studies in food and process engineering or further training as a technician or master craftsman including relevant professional experience
- Preferably Experience in the operation of pilot plants Filtration
- Knowledge/Expertise in membrane separation technology and hygienic plant construction
- Good knowledge of membrane filtration systems, including microfiltration, ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis.
- Analytical thinking
- Independent and self-reliant way of working
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Package
- Driving licence class B
- Good knowledge of German and English
- High willingness to travel in Europe
