Your tasks

• As a Scrum Master, you will take on process responsibility for the application of agile methods and tools within our teams.
• You will accompany the further development, establishment and support of agile work processes together with Syskron management.
• You are part of the Scrum teams, communicating and representing the agile mindset to all stakeholders involved with the help of suitable methodologies and techniques.
• You provide support within the teams to identify problems and conflicts but also to find suitable solutions.
• You work on an equal footing with our mixed development and customer project teams, product owners and other stakeholders.
• You exchange ideas with other Scrum Masters in the team to generate new ideas and experiences.

Your profile

• You have several years of relevant professional experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach and ideally have a certificate in the Scrum environment.
• You have already successfully accompanied several interdisciplinary and self-organized teams in your role as Scrum Master or Agile Coach and supported them with the help of your agile mindset and the application of agile methods.
• Ideally, you have several years of experience in the software environment, especially in the SAP Cloud area.
• Your way of working includes analytical and solution-oriented thinking as well as the ability to think outside the box in order to view processes and correlations in a holistic way.
• You are communicative and enjoy working with a wide range of interfaces.
• You have very good written and spoken German and English skills.
• You are willing to be in the office about twice a week (Regensburg and/or Altenstadt). You can plan the other days flexibly on site or in mobile working.
