Krones LCS Center West Africa is a subsidiary of KRONES Group, internationally recognized as the world leader in the design and manufacture of high-speed packaging equipment for the beverage and liquid food industry.

Your Tasks

— Responsible for managing end-to-end Purchase Order (PO) fulfillment process with alternative OEM suppliers across Europe, North America, and Africa to reduce costs.
— Identify appropriate sources of supply and monitor price fluctuations.
— Negotiate favorable International and Commercial Terms (INCOTERM) with suppliers.
— Stay updated on industry trends in technologies, products, and services.
— Develop PO dashboards using MS Excel and share updates.
— Monitor changes in expected delivery time of POs and communicate with internal business units.
— Follow up on all open POs with suppliers to ensure prompt delivery.

Your Profile

— Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration, or relevant field
— At least four to seven years’ experience in handling Supply chain and its related functions
— High level of IT literacy, including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and proficient use of SAP.
— Attention to detail.
— Strong negotiation skills.
— Customer focused.
— Confident communicator at all levels.
