Krones LCS Center West Africa is a subsidiary of KRONES Group, internationally recognized as the world leader in the design and manufacture of high-speed packaging equipment for the beverage and liquid food industry.

Your Tasks

— Installation and commissioning of new KRONES machines and lines

— Troubleshooting, maintenance, retrofit/upgrades and fault corrections of existing and newly installed machines.

— Programming of industrial control systems and interfaces

— Support on any breakdown callout

— Follow-up on all technical interventions at any assigned location

— Preparation of required administrative reports and documentation on every official work assigned to.

— On time communication with site managers, CSC team, Dispo team or customers

— Route requests from customers through CSC and in special cases to the head of the department.

— Support in coaching and training of junior colleagues in the system to effectively them up to speed on their area of specialization.

— Leverage on the knowledge of other experienced colleagues, CSC and site managers for technical clarification and support 

Your Profile

— Diploma or bachelor’s degree in electrical, electromechanics or mechanical engineering

— A minimum of 5 years technical working experience in the Brewing/Packaging industry

— Good knowledge of Krones product portfolio

— Willingness to travel from time to time

— Problem solver with technical curiosity and critical thinking skills

— Excellent communication and negotiation skills

— Proficient in speaking and writing English language

— Must possess an international passport

— Good IT literacy and experience with Microsoft office tools
