As Service Owner - Deployment & OT Management Service you will be responsible for a part of our IT/OT service portfolio and ensure that your service meets the expectations and requirements of customers and internal stakeholders.

Your tasks

  • You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of the Deployment & OT Management Service provided to our customers.  
  • You will coordinate all activities required to deliver and improve the IT/OT service. 
  • You monitor the performance of the digital service, analyze weaknesses and identify optimization potential. 
  • You implement improvement measures to increase the efficiency and quality of the service. 
  • You act as a central interface between the technical team, the development department and other internal stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient service delivery. 
  • You define, maintain and prioritize the service roadmap to align the service with business requirements and strategic goals.
     

Your profile

  • You have a degree in (business) informatics, engineering or a comparable qualification. 
  • You possess several years of professional experience in IT management, preferably in a service owner or similar role. 
  • You have in-depth knowledge of IT service management in accordance with ITIL standards (certification is an advantage) and ideally are experienced in working with ServiceNow. 
  • You have extensive knowledge in the implementation of ITSM frameworks such as ITIL, and are experienced in the integration of ITSM systems into existing application and tooling environments. 
  • You have experience with the provision and operation of complex network infrastructures (LAN, WAN, VPN, cloud networks, etc.). 
  • You have excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
  • You are business fluent in German and English.
