Your Tasks

  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers to ensure project milestones are met
  • Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project success
  • Manage the customer relationship during the Project
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction
  • Ensure that all technical and commercial aspects of the project are managed efficiently
  • Manage project budgets by controlling costs to be controlled
  • Implement and maintain quality control processes
  • Conduct regular project reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement and develop new strategies
  • Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Prepare and submit project monitoring reports internally and to clients

Your Profile

  • At least 5 years of project management experience in the packaging Industry
  • Understanding of after-sales services and project management methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced Spanish and English are mandatory, knowledge of other languages would be a plus
  • Organized, reliable, methodical, proactive and assertive
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in project management software and Tools
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Flexibility to travel
