Job Purpose:
To assist with order tracking for customers POs and smoothing internal information gathering for feedback to customers.
Your Tasks
Coordinating of all enquiries regarding order tracking of spare parts, change parts, retrofits and KIC business units.
Following up on open orders with Customers and Krones stakeholders, to ascertain status of potential orders
Support the LCS PMs with regards to order delivery schedules for planning of overhauls and scheduling of installation dates. All actions from Krones LCS are to be closed out timeously and effectively.
Keep Customers and Krones stakeholders updated and informed on the latest status of order delivery timelines.
Processing of all necessary documents accurately and timeously, as needed.
Follow up on Purchasing and Warehouse departments to ensure delivery timeframes are met.
Effectively using the escalation procedure to proactively prevent order delays and customer escalations.
Weekly feedback task closure updates on parts tracking
Responsibility for the tracking of SL1 shipment to ensure on-time deliveries to Customer site, in collaboration with Warehouse
Daily updating of the Customer open order and shutdown tracker, with clear communication to Supply Chain and LCS PM’s.
Collaboration, support and Key Account specific requirements to be followed
Monday Service board ticket system
Your Profile
Qualification, Experience
Tertiary qualification, preferably in administration and/ data analytics Qualification/Certification
3 + years’ work experience in data analysing
MS Office knowledge – Expert in excel
Advantageous
Degree in Business Admin
Key Skills:
Highly organised and systematic
Detail orientated and able to handle large amounts of information
Strong communication skills and able to engage with customers
