• Support Function to the Service and LCS Project Managers at the LCS center/subsidiaries
• Manage and update the Technician/Engineer planning System
• Liaison with Service or LCS Project Manager for any Installations that occur in the region in terms of installation drawings, logistics planning, project briefs and manning requirements
• Assist the LCS center/subsidiaries in the region in terms of filling shortfalls in Manning Requirements for various projects albeit installation or maintenance
• Central Coordination of the Regional Training Needs and assist the Regional Training Coordinator in the planning thereof
• Support to export manning to other LCS centers in the world wherever there is a need, or during idle periods in Thailand
• Assist the LCS center/Hubs in terms of break-downs to get the necessary specialists to the customer concerned; These specialists can be drawn from either the Hubs or from Krones AG
• Central Control of Site Reports and the necessary Back-ups and the configuration Management thereof, i.e. ensuring that the necessary is received by the Hubs and Krones AG so that the latest information is disseminated to the relevant parties
• Evaluate the service engineer and ensure the proper intervention’s execution of the engineer
