• Analyze downtime record from customer and present the whole concept to improve line performance with agree potential target including onsite line analysis concept
• Coach customer for correct downtime record and categories of each downtime
• Set-up project team with customer and communicate in weekly Basis
• Record data during situations, measuring downtime of the lead machine, expressed in terms of relate Krones machine stop and Non relate Krones when machine stop to the report
• Participate in meeting with customer to identify machine efficiency concerns inherent in the operations daily work plan
• Assign team and manage the incident as possible
• Follow-up with LCS to solve issues and line performance improvement plan
• Review the work produced when analyze the machine for internal developing in organization
• Other duties or assignments as required by Superior Manager
