Your tasks
- Consulting executive functions on HR strategies, HR processes and labor law along the full employee LifeCycle
- Identifying HR needs and driving the local HR Agenda under consideration of the regional strategies and major business drivers to support the achievement of organizational targets
- Preparing the short/mid-term strategic and qualitative workforce planning and monitoring headcount budgets and personnel expenses on department level
- Advising executives on workforce strategy, position requirements, recruitment options and ensuring onboarding targets for key positions are being met
- Driving and further developing talent management programs (talent analysis, talent/ leadership development, succession planning, international exchange)
- Guiding executives through various compensation processes (performance appraisals, variable compensation etc.)
- Implementing state-of-the-art performance tools and keep fostering a high performing culture
- Further developing the existing job architecture, career paths and updating job descriptions
- Guiding executives through organizational change processes
- Driving the HR positioning as strategic partner to the business in Thailand
Your profile
- Bachelor’s’ or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology or similar
- 12+ years of HR experience, with a background in HRBP, HR Transformation or people strategy
- Strong analytical and strategic skills across HR disciplines (Comp & Benefits, Talent Mgmt., Performance Mgmt.)
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence, advise and gain buy-in from senior Stakeholders
- Proven experience in aligning HR strategies with business objectives to drive measurable results
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and transformation in people practice
- Experience with strategic workforce planning and headcount management, leveraging people data for decision-making
- Familiarity with legal aspects and Thai labor law required
- Very strong English communication skills
