Your Tasks

  • Improving/developing the EMM for stable Service Forecasting and supporting the Utilization Target
  • Active Utilization forecasting and further development of EMM
  • Provide support with general administrative tasks, including preparing presentations, assisting with team needs, and organizing new tools and uniform handling procedures to streamline operations and maintain consistency across the organization.
  • Support the implementation of Archiving Standards for Service Reports to improve data management and accessibility.
  • Developing Power BI for invoicing
  • Support automation in Dispatching and Invoicing
  • Active Utilization forecasting and further development of EMM

Your Profile

  • Recent graduate in Industrial Engineering or a related field, with a combination of engineering and economics knowledge.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Ability to work independently, and with a team.
