Your tasks

  • Leading the finance, controlling and accounting team
  • Overseeing the local accounting and taxation tasks (incl. payroll accounting, etc.); Ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards (IFRS, etc.)
  • Reporting to and liaising with local authorities, including the VAT procedure, tax and transfer pricing, managing local insurance, maintaining professional treasury and banking relationships etc.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and management reports; Carrying responsibility for managing all monthly, quarterly and annual reports to Krones organization
  • Leading the budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes; Preparing the financial forecast, cash flow forecast, budget, all follow-ups and variance analysis in close cooperation with the Managing Director of Krones Türkiye
  • Implementing and managing financial systems and tools (e.g., ERP, BI tools)
  • Coordinating with external and internal auditors and managing audit processes
  • Supporting corporate governance, being a driver for compliance, and ensuring sufficient internal controls and processes
  • Follow-up and implementing all FI related policies and processes from KRONES Group as well as semi-annual preparation and participation in Regional Committee Meetings
  • Frequent interacting with the Regional Finance Head and the Corporate Finance and Controlling branches, all located in Germany
  • Being the main commercial contact for local logistics and service providers

Your profile

  • University Degree in a relevant field like finance, accounting, business administration, economics (or similar educational background)
  • 10+ years of progressive Finance/Controlling experience, with at least 4 years of experience in team management
  • Previous work experience from a similar position is required
  • Experience in multinational or complex organizational environments (e.g. matrix organization)
  • Experience in working with Power BI and MS Office Tools
  • Experience in SAP R/3, SAP S/4 Hana, SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC), SAP Business-One, Tagetik would be a plus
  • Good understanding of various financial reporting systems
  • Being a very structured person, with a professional mindset, attention to detail and a high level of time and self-management
  • Strategic mindset with attention to detail
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Being result-oriented, analytical and ready to make independent decisions
  • High proficiency in written and spoken Turkish and English; German language skills would be a plus
