LCS Sales Coordinator - Retrofit

In this role you will manage sales activities and customers’ requests related to machines retrofits and upgrades.
Your Tasks
- Responsible for the preparation of quotations and timely order confirmation based on predefined guidelines
- Collect and validate technical and commercial information to process requests efficiently
- Coordinate with engineering and the technical teams to define scope of retrofits and upgrades inquiries
- Ensure customers have their inquiries on time by following up with KAG and the local team
- Support the sales team by tracking opportunities and maintaining an updated database of retrofit and upgrade activities
- Follow up on quotations and maintain records of customer responses and feedback
- Cooperate with LCS project management and LCS field sales managers to ensure smooth operational handling in alignment with customers’ expectations
- To prepare analysis and overview in LCS Sales data
- Address customer concerns and escalate issues as needed
Your Profile
- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position
- Attention to details and customer-focused mindset
- Excellent problem solving, time-management and communication skills
- Ability to work with different cultures, a good team player
- Advance knowledge in MS Office and in SAP & CRM
- Understanding of technical concepts mechanical or electrical is a strong advantage
