Your tasks

  • Installation, commissioning, maintenance and repair of our equipment, instrumentation and control systems at customer facilities and reporting these site activities
  • Troubleshooting, upgrades and major repairs
  • Flexible implementation of customer requests, adjustment and optimisation of applied technologies
  • Training and instructing new colleagues or customers on our machines
  • Report near misses, incidents and other opportunities for improvement
  • Report possible future failures, disturbances and other opportunities for improvement

Your profile

  • Experience with TIC-welding/turning/Pneumatics
  • Experience with HMI and Network technology
  • Experience with PLC programming (mainly Siemens S7 / TIA) is an advantage
  • Experience in the Field Service industry is preferrable
  • MS Office applications (mid-level in Word, Excel, etc.)
  • You meet customer expectations in a busy and challenging business environment
  • Communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical details into understandable solutions for technical or non-technical parties
  • You can independently plan, organize and customize your job prioritization reaching your personal and work-related goals
  • High willingness to travel and no travel restrictions (domestic and international)
  • Turkish must in local market, English/German is preferred on a technical level (both verbal and written)
  • Valid driver's license
  • For male employees, having completed military service is an advantage
