Your tasks
- Designing Personnel Development Processes: Lead the design of personnel development processes with a strong technical foundation in SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, and Learning. Collaborate closely with subject matter experts to ensure alignment
- Project Work: Act as a sub-project manager or team member to ensure solutions are developed within SAP standards. Combine technical capabilities with content requirements through constructive collaboration
- Roll-out Support: Assist in the roll-out of new and existing personnel development processes in SuccessFactors. This includes preparing and conducting user training sessions
- System Administration: Manage system administration for the specified modules and implement technical requirements for personnel development within the System
- Interface Management: Collaborate closely with colleagues within and outside the HR department (e.g., IT, data protection, works council) on both national and international Levels
Your profile
- A degree in (business) informatics, business administration, or a comparable qualification gained through extensive professional experience and further Training
- Strong digital affinity and extensive experience in the technical implementation of SAP SuccessFactors, particularly in Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, and Learning
- Comprehensive knowledge in designing and implementing personnel development processes
- Excellent moderation skills and strong communication abilities, including in an international context
- An independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Team spirit, reliability, flexibility, and intercultural opennessProficiency in German and English, both written and spoken – level C1
- A valid working permit for Germany
- Willingness to relocate to the Regensburg area
