Your tasks:

  • Lead the HR and Admin operations and processes
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, in close cooperation with the Managing Director of Krones Türkiye and the Regional HR Head for CEECA, as well as the corporate branches located in Germany
  • Formulate, maintain, update and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labour laws, health and safety regulations, and internal policies
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (job posting, interview, etc.) in collaboration with external and internal partners and support talent acquisition strategies
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and conflict resolution and provide guidance on employee relations issues
  • Promote a positive organizational culture and drive initiatives that improve employee engagement, retention, productivity and diversity
  • Lead and manage the payroll process, the compensation and benefits review process, and conduct salary benchmarking to ensure competitiveness and compliance
  • Identify training needs, coordinate and design learning and development programs
  • Support career development and succession planning efforts.
    Maintain and update HR records, analyse HR metrics, and prepare reports for management and regulatory bodies to support informed decision-making
  • Act as a trusted advisor on organizational design, workforce planning and talent development
  • Facilitate performance management processes and coach managers across the business in relation to their communication, feedback, recognition and interaction responsibilities with their teams
  • Support organizational change initiatives, including restructuring, mergers, or cultural transformation

 

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field (Human Resources Master’s preferred)
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a business partner or advisory role
  • High proficiency in written and spoken Turkish and English; German would be a plus
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and organizational development
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Experience in multinational or matrix organizations is a plus
  • Proficiency in HR systems and data analytics tools (SuccessFactors, etc.)
