We are seeking a seasoned engineering leader to head our IOS division, overseeing site operations, service management, procurement, and assembly activities. The role demands strategic leadership, operational excellence, and strong customer engagement across multiple high-value projects.

 

Your tasks

  • Lead and manage site installation, commissioning, and service operations across India
  • Responsible for all technical services, trouble shooting, overhauls and after-commissioning calls
  • Oversee procurement, vendor development, and material management functions
  • Guide and grow the service team (automation, mechanical, electrical) in troubleshooting, maintenance and customer interaction
  • Ensure quality, safety, and budget adherence across all projects
  • Build strong client relationships and represent company interests at customer headquarters
  • Contribute to strategic planning and business growth initiatives

Your profile

  • Engineering degree required; management qualification preferred
  • Worldwide talent welcome
  • 20–25 years of experience in site execution, service management, and team leadership
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and cross-functional teams
  • Strong commercial acumen and familiarity with Indian/international codes and standards
  • Experience in ERP systems (preferably SAP) and MS Office tools
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Exposure to international work cultures; German language skills are a plus
