Your tasks

  • Technical and disciplinary management of subordinate departments such as finance and controlling, procurement, IT and logistics
  • Responsibility for managing and developing business processes relevant to reporting and ensuring that monthly and annual financial statements are prepared on time
  • Preparation and monitoring of short- and medium-term financial planning, including budgeting, and initiation of measures to ensure budget compliance and cost control
  • Agreement and monitoring of SLAs with other group companies to ensure efficient internal cooperation
  • Strategic and operational management of the purchasing organisation
  • Establishing and managing efficient logistics and supply chain structures
  • Ensuring a functioning ERP system, including interface management with other group companies
  • Supporting the management in strategic issues and in the further development of the corporate structure and organisation
  • Member of the Management team

Your profile

  • Successfully completed degree in business administration, industrial engineering or Supply Chain Management
  • Relevant practical experience, including management experience
  • Knowledge of finance, purchasing, IT, customs, logistics
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
  • Personal initiative and willingness to perform
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and action, as well as assertiveness
  • Very good command of spoken and written English and German
  • Willingness to travel to a low extent
