Your tasks

• As a key user, your responsibilities will focus on the use of the Jira and Confluence applications within the Krones R&D department (focus: Corporate Digitalization & Automation).
  
• You will manage the continuous development of our tool landscape within the context of agile multi-project management and develop well-founded concepts for new requirements.
  
• As the main contact person for colleagues and management, you will be involved in the evaluation, introduction, and implementation of project-related systems in the process environment.
  
• You will take the lead in coordinating with the power users of the development teams to define guidelines and standards for efficient tool use.
  
• Through training, documentation, and individual coaching, you will ensure that the applications we support are used in the best possible way.
  
• You will collaborate closely with relevant stakeholders from the specialist departments (e.g., release and test management, DevOps, or security) to continuously optimize and automate their processes.
  
• You coordinate the interfaces between the tools we are responsible for and other company applications (e.g., SPM, Power BI, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Polaris, JFrog, Bitbucket, Jenkins).
  
• For all matters relating to Jira and Confluence, you are an important contact person both within Krones R&D and for other areas of the group.
  

Your profile

• You would like to support our team on a temporary basis for one year as a parental leave replacement.
  
• You have a degree (e.g., in business informatics, computer science, business administration) or solid professional experience in the relevant field.
  
• You have a strong affinity for digitalization and software development and have knowledge in this area.
  
• You already have extensive know-how in using various tools (especially Jira, Confluence, and plugins) in the context of agile project management.
  
• You have in-depth knowledge of Jira Cloud administration (projects, boards, workflows, fields, permissions) and are therefore able to strategically develop our Jira and Confluence instances.
  
• Thanks to your strong communication skills, you always come across as convincing and can present complex topics in an understandable way and on an equal footing.
  
• Your quick comprehension helps you to understand the organizational processes of a group of companies.
  
• Your structured and indipendent working style is characterized by a high sense of responsibility.
  
• You enjoy networking and see yourself as a team player in a collaborative environment.
  
• You have very good written and spoken German and English skills.
