Your tasks

  • As PMO Manager, you are responsible for coordinating the digitalization portfolio in the Corporate Digitalization and Automation division.
  • As central point of contact in multi-project management, you work together with tribe leads, product owners, and agile coaches to ensure structured, agile, and efficient project implementation.
  • You identify risks and deviations in terms of scope, budget, and schedules at an early stage and proactively initiate appropriate measures.
  • You plan and moderate cross-project workshops and planning rounds to create synergies and promote transparency.
  • You act as an interface between product, program, and development management and ensure smooth communication.
  • You ensure compliance with internal processes and guidelines and be confident in using project management tools.
  • You actively contribute to the further development of methods and processes, helping to shape the future of our department.



Your profile

  • You already have experience in project coordination and, ideally, have already managed projects independently.
  • You are a talented organizer with a pragmatic eye for efficient solutions and feel confident interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Your quick comprehension helps you navigate complex structures and processes with confidence.
  • You work independently, in a structured manner, and with a high degree of initiative.
  • You are familiar with agile methods and frameworks and, ideally, have already worked in a corresponding environment.
  • You have a high affinity for digitalization and software development – initial experience in this area is an advantage.
  • Ideally, you already have experience with project management tools such as Atlassian Jira and Confluence.
  • You have very good written and spoken German and English skills.
