In this role, you combine classic IT service management with hands-on IT/OT operations and ensure the stable operation of our Connected Base solutions throughout their entire lifecycle.
You ensure that our digital services in an industrial environment are operated reliably, securely, and in a scalable manner – from the IT platform to the connected machine.

Your tasks
- You ensure the stable operation of our IT/OT services across the entire lifecycle.
- You are responsible for incident, problem, change, and release management in the operational environment in accordance with ITIL best practices.
- You take on operational tasks as well as 2nd-level support for network, security, IT/OT systems, applications, and digital services.
- You plan, coordinate, and monitor operational activities on customer installations as well as on test and reference systems.
- You actively contribute to IT/OT asset and lifecycle management and further develop the corresponding structures in SAP, ServiceNow, and other tools.
- You are responsible for the operation and continuous development of our service-based offerings, such as connectivity, security, and monitoring.
- You provide expert support to Customer Support, ensure knowledge transfer, and create and maintain technical documentation and training materials.
Your profile
- You have several years of professional experience in IT/OT, operations, or service management, ideally with an ITIL background.
- You possess solid knowledge of IT/OT systems, networks, security, or the operation of digital services.
- You have experience working with SAP and/or ServiceNow systems, for example in the context of service, asset, or lifecycle management.
- You have already taken on responsibility for sub-projects or can confidently work within complex technical operational structures.
- You work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner—even in critical operational situations.
- You are a team player with strong communication skills and are confident in an international environment.
- You have very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
